PART 1 I These Are God’s Faith And Promises
You know times like these are good to talk about Faith and God's promises
Genesis 12: 1-3
1 And the LORD said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: until the land I shall show you;
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and you be a blessing;
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
4 So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; Lot went with him. And Abram was a man seventy-five years old when he left Haran.
In the Bible there are many promises, using angels to protect you, heal you etc but in these promises they have conditions.
If you do this and I will do this, God is telling Moses that if you obey you will eat the good of the land.
Genesis 3:15
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; that will crush you head, and you will crush the heel.

Some years later the Apostle Paul makes a comparison by saying.
Gal 3: 8
8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed
Abraham preached the good news long ago, saying, In you all the nations will be blessed.
The analogy of this text with Paul informs us that.
"God having a purpose will fulfill it"
Galatians 3:16
16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ that one, To thy seed, which is Christ.
17 What I am saying is this; the first covenant confirmed by God, a law that came to pass four hundred and thirty years later it does not annul, even nullifying the promise.
18 For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on a promise; but God gave it to Abraham through promise.
God calls Abraham to separate himself and to give him the name Abraham, the father of many nations in my presence and you wanted him to carry out God's purpose. And if you carry the counsel of the Lord you are carrying the blessings of the Lord.
That is why if you see a young boy being saved, do not despise him and see him alone but see the generation great, great nation.
Genesis 24: 1
1 And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things.
Gal 3: 7,9
7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

Abraham preached the good news long ago, saying, In you all the nations will be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
"The Lord blessed Abraham in all things" not one thing, not two or ten is all.
How could these promises be fulfilled to Abraham ?, for God on his part is faithful.
For God's blessings to be real to us, we must ...
> Faith and obedience should go hand in hand in our lives, because Faith and obedience are like twins.
> Obedience and Faith are things that go together, you cannot obey a stranger until you believe him.
