The main resources needed for the construction industry are:

Manpower is the form of technical and managerial personnel and work force in various trades is essential to carry out project activities. Technical and managerial personnel are essential for efficient use of human resources and to achieve project completion within estimated time and budget. Technical personnel include engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, supervisors, technicians etc. The work force consists of skilled and unskilled workers.
